1950 Buick Estate Wagon

Check out our full build LS swap for this nifty 1950 Buick Super Estate Wagon! Shop foreman, Dan explains this fully custom installation from his first-hand perspective. Having put around 400 hours into the vehicle, we're confident the owner will love this ride just as much as we do.

 

Completed over a six-month period, this custom swap adds modern performance while preserving the vehicle’s original character. Power comes from a 450-horsepower LS crate engine paired with a 4L80E transmission and managed by a Holley Terminator X ECU. A four-link rear suspension helps put that power to the ground. Both the custom-welded headers and full exhaust system were fabricated entirely in-house. Throughout the build, the original interior and distinctive exterior wood paneling were carefully retained.
