1957 MERCEDES 190SL

This vehicle underwent a complete, frame-off restoration to concours specifications over a two-year period. Its 1.9-liter engine, manual transmission, and Ponton axle were all fully rebuilt. Weber carburetors are currently installed, while the original Solex carburetors are included with the vehicle.

 

Since the restoration, it has been shown at Greenwich, Newport, and Misselwood, where it earned a ribbon in its class. The result is a beautifully presented example with thoroughly renewed mechanicals and an impressive showing history.
